Staff were fantastic, very helpful and cheery: made a restaurant reservation, explained where to go in the city for different things etc. A delightful feature is the happy hour hors d’oeuvres - it was so welcome after a long day of travelling, when you haven’t the energy to go out immediately. A real reason for me to return. Having an international TV channel Having a lovely lunge area where I could sit downstairs and read or have a drink Slippers in the room

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very cozy and elegantly decorated. The hotel is in a perfect location, being only a five minute walk from the Duomo and the Oltrarno. All-in-all, a very stylish hotel and the perfect place to begin and end your day in Florence.
